What is ClientNET?
ClientNET allows clients to benefit from 24-hour access to their file-specific information through one easily accessible secure site. As it is updated each time an action is taken in relation to a matter, it provides transparency to clients in connection with the handling and progress of matters.
Clients can navigate the site and quickly obtain information on outsourced matters, including:
- Number and type of matters currently outsourced
- How long the matter has been outsourced
- History of all action taken to date
- Who is responsible for moving the matter forward
- Contact information at both counterparty and client level
- Historic information on completed or other archived matters
In addition, key personnel can be enabled to receive e-mail alerts in relation to specific files. These alerts will notify the recipient that a matter has been updated and allows quick access to the relevant page to view the latest inputted information.
