ISDA Derivative Close-Out Conference

ISDA and commodity documentation negotiators, Donaldson Legal Consulting (DLC) were pleased to be able to exhibit at the recent conference held by ISDA discussing Close-Out of ISDAs and the Impact of Market Events. After the traumas of erecting our brand new stand under pressure (!) we found the conference useful, informative and a valuable refresher course given the financial crisis.

There was a good amount of interest in our services and our new recycled goodies caused quite a stir!
