Donaldson Legal Consulting have expanded their range of services in response to client demand

Donaldson Legal Consulting have noticed an increase in clients putting in place or amending existing collateral agreements and we are involved in a project with a large bank in this area. We are happy to assist existing and new clients in this area.

In addition to this, Donaldson Legal Consulting can provide a due diligence service reviewing existing ISDA and commodity related documentation and are also happy to take on smaller administrative projects or larger projects as business needs require. 

Given the current market conditions, we also feel that it is a good time to review existing policies and procedures and ensure that these are correctly documented to minimise documentation risk. Donaldson Legal Consulting would be happy to assist in this process.
