Our In-house Legal-Style services include the following:
- Provision of on-going in-house style legal support including, liaising with counterparties, administrators, specialist lawyers and other advisors, drafting side letters, negotiating contracts, review of agreements;
- Managing special projects such as amendment of constitutional documentation or fund documentation;
- Drafting/updating policy manuals, guidelines and procedures (in conjuction with business, operations and compliance).
